The dilemma of my life has been my perpetual questioning. We are born innocent. As we grow, we are full of curiosity, playful and simply loving. We enter a system, and are set up to continue on this path. Having broken some traditional education rules early on, I followed my instinct to find my own way: wandering, self-discovering, failing, repeating, dreaming.
Following a corporate life of restructuring and developing brands, life continued with its ups and downs. In 2019, I was admitted to intensive care after a life-threatening accident whilst I was attending a 5 Rhythms retreat in Goa. Earlier that morning, I had just practiced Pranayama breathwork. Applying it throughout my recovery, I was able to stay alive and heal faster.
Several months later, combined with a pandemic that froze the entire planet, I enrolled in the Alchemy of Breath Training Program out of curiosity and a thirst for knowledge. After a deep introspection into my Inner Journey, many things began to unfold:
There is a mystery to life, but it is beautiful. Every first breath we take, and every last breath, is the same. As we breathe, sometimes we suffocate, as we live or survive. Despite our differences, we are all the same. Although some are more fortunate than others, the air we breathe is the same for us all. Almost everything we come into contact with shapes the person we become.
The incidents in our lives cause us to forget who we are or what we were. I believe that it is my mission to inspire people to reconnect with their innermost nature and regenerate who they truly are.
