I was born a twin and raised in a small town, Bregenz, the outdoors in all its glory. At 15, I left for an exchange program in the US, very soon finding myself trotting around the globe. After graduating from Fashion School in Istanbul and subsequently embarking on a modelling career, it led me back to travelling, connecting with all walks of life, places and faces.
My urge to grow and to gain a deeper understanding of others and their beliefs made me wonder what it was that really connected us all. In March 2020, I found myself hopping from one city to the next again. All of the fun seemed to have faded. I had to stop. When the madness of the pandemic began to unfold, I challenged myself in finding happiness in different things, freedom in other spaces and new ways to experience unity, oneness. After consciously asking myself what my bliss could be, wondering how I could help others, whilst doing what I love, I signed up for an 8 month training course to become a breathwork facilitator.
For me, breath is the most beautiful and natural self-healing tool that creates a unified energy in a room full of “strangers”. It helped me understand myself better, let go of things that did not serve me anymore, opened me up to love. I pride myself on creating a space where you can feel safe enough to fully surrender and let go.
